Customer satisfaction is the primary goal of any organization or profession. Achieving customer satisfaction is a challenging process; IBCSA- 2018 is mainly focused on rewarding the companies that have been successful in making their customers happy.
Customers approach businesses with a bundle of expectations, each business is responsible to satisfy their requirements and retain the customers under any circumstances. In this regards we identify the companies who have excelled in winning their customers and award them with the Best Service Excellence Award-2018.
The second category is the Best Valued Product-2018. Customers who buy their products with a huge investment expect the products a good deal. So based on the satisfaction the customers have received on their products, we award the companies that have delivered the best product for the financial year 2017-2018.
Companies can nominate themselves upon which we create a company page for every particular company and showcase about the company and the services they offer. We monitor the feedbacks from their customers and shortlist them under the categories of Service Excellence and Best Valued Product.
Each Sector will have 10 companies that are nominated. One company can be nominated for both Customer Service and Valued Product. We have a system of voting followed after the nominations; You can ask your customers to caste a vote through the voting button option provided.
Everybody talks about how great service they provide and how much they care for their customers however IBCSA will Reveal the True Winners and the real Heroes of Service in every sector of Indian Businesses.
